يلغى نص البند (4) من المادة 6 من القرار الأساسي رقم 7548 تاريخ 30/3/2000 ويستبدل بالنص التالي:
4" - تتقيد بالبنود من (3) الى (19) وبالبند (21) من «المادة 5» من هذا القرار.»
