ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8382 بتاريخ12/10/2021 (تعيين وزراء بالوكالة عند غياب الوزراء الاصليين(،

بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على العلـم والخبر رقم 348/أ.د تاريخ 7/7/2006 والذي بموجبه تأسست جمعية بإسم "جمعية أزهر البقاع"،

بناء على الطلب الـمقدم من الجمعية الـمذكورة، والـمسجل تحت رقم 1266 تاريخ 10/11/2021 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار(،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تمنح «جمعية أزهر البقاع»، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار الازهر للطباعة والنشر والتوزيع»

يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد عمر أحمد جانبيه اللبناني الجنسية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
