المادة 10
يعتبر مستقيلا كل عضو يتغيب دون عذر عن حضور ثلاث اجتماعات دورية، وترفع اللجنة تقريرا بذلك الى وزير البيئة.
لا تعتبر الاستقالة نافذة إلا بعد موافقة وزير البيئة عليها.
