يُحدّد هذا القرار دقائق تطبيق أحكام البند (ب) من الـمادة 154 من القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 الـمعدلة بموجب الـمادة 76 من القانون رقم 324 تاريخ 12/2/2024 (قانون الـموازنة العامة للعام 2024) لجهة تدوير كسر الضريبة.
