المادة 4

The types and varieties of non-hazardous wastes resulting either from industrial establishments, or from establishments deemed dangerous and harmful to public health and that cause disturbance, or from commercial activities, or from agricultural activities or from household activities shall be exempted from the provisions of this Decree. Radioactive waste and hazardous and infectious wastes resulting from healthcare facilities that have their own provisions to apply are also excluded from the provisions of this Decree.
