مادة 1: الغيت المادة الثانية من المرسوم رقم 4572 تاريخ 15/12/1981

المادة 2

مادة 2: عدل نص الفقرة الثالثة من المادة 2 من المرسوم رقم 2836 تاريخ 14/12/1959 على الوجه التالي: "تحدد نسبة القسم الثاني بخمسة وعشرين بالمئة من الارباح على الا تزيد على المليون وثمانماية الف ليرة".
