المادة 1

مادة 1: تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية المكونة من مياه الينابيع الآتية: عين الصفصافه( المنيدر)- عين الجرن وعين الملزق من خراج بسلوقيت , قضاء زغرتا( محافظة لبنان الشمالي).

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات التحديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تجري عمليات التحديد المذكورة وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 المذكور اعلاه.

المادة 4

مادة 4: يبلغ هذا المرسوم وينشر حيث تدعو الحاجة.
