مادة 1: يقرأ في المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 8890 تاريخ 27/2/1962 القاضي بافتتاح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية على ينابيع شبعا المتضمنة النبعين الرئيسيين عين الجوزه ونبع المغارة كما يلي: قضاء حاصبيا بدلا من: قضاء مرجعيون والباقي بدون تعديل

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات التحديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تجري عمليات التحديد وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 تاريخ 10 حزيران سنة 925.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
