المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى المرسومان رقم 2450 و8228 الصادران بتاريخ 20 تموز سنة 1950 و9 ايار سنة 1952 والمراسيم والقرارات اللاحقة بهما.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تتولى وزارة الداخلية الاشراف على المشاريع التي تنفذها محافظة بيروت الممتازة وبلديات طرابلس وصيدا وزحلة وبلديات الاصطياف بموارد غير عادية ولا سيما باموال القروض .

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا من تاريخ نشره.
