مادة 1: يرفع الحد الادنى للرواتب والاجور في المؤسسة الوطنية لضمان الاستثمارات الى /250.000/ل.ل. (مائتي وخمسين الف ليرة لبنانية) في الشهر وذلك اعتبارا من 1/1/1995 .
