ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون رقم 337 تاريخ

08/06/1994 وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة 11

منه (نظام الكتاب العدل),

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد

جورج أورور القزي الكاتب العدل في

الدامور والمسجل برقم 765/ق تاريخ

18/02/2003 والمتضمن طلب نقله من

كتابة العدل في الدامور الى كتابة العدل

في حارة حريك,

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: نقل, بناء على طلبه, السيد جورج أورور القزي, من كتابة العدل في الدامور إلى كتابة العدل في حارة حريك (مركز شاغر).

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
