مادة 1 يحدد عدد الوظائف الدائمة للموظفين المدنيين الملحقين بالجيش والتابعين للملاك "ب " وفقا للجدول المرفق بهذا المرسوم.

مادة 2: تلغى احكام المرسوم رقم 11590 تاريخ 2 اذار 1956 والمرسوم رقم 11938 تاريخ 20/4/56
