المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد المهلة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الثانية من المادة الاولى من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 9 تاريخ 14/2/1977 والمهلة المنصوص عليها في المادة الرابعة من المرسوم الاشتراعي المذكور لغاية 31/12/1977.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي فور نشره لصقا على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة.

بعبدا في 14 حزيران 1977 الامضاء: الياس سركيس صدر عن رئيس الجمهورية رئيس مجلس الوزراء الامضاء: سليم الحص وزير المالية الامضاء: فريد روفايل وزير الدفاع الوطني الامضاء: فؤاد بطرس ان هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي الصق على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة في 14 حزيران سنة 1977.
