مادة 2: يستفيد التلميذ اللبناني الذي حصل على الشهادة غير اللبنانية سنة 1976 من القانون رقم 29/73 تاريخ 17/12/1973 اذا كانت احكامه اكثر رعاية لاوضاعه الخاصة.
