مادة 1: يمكن انتداب المتعاقدين في الادارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات للتخصص في الخارج وتطبق عليهم في هذه الحالة جميع الشروط والاحكام التي ترعى انتداب الموظفين الدائمين المنتدبين لهذه الغاية المنصوص عليها في نظام التخصص في الخارج المصدق بموجب المرسوم رقم 8868 تاريخ 27/2/1962
