المادة 1

مادة 1: يرفع التمثيل الدبلوماسي بين لبنان وكوستاريكا الى درجة سفارة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعين السيد نجيب الدحداح, سفير لبنان في مكسيكو بالاضافة الى وظيفته هذه, سفيرا ومندوبا فوق العادة مطلق الصلاحية لدى حكومة جمهورية كوستاريكا, دون تعديل في الرتبة والراتب .
