المادة 1

مادة 1: حدد تعويض الانتقال الشهري المقطوع للمباشرين لدى المحاكم الشرعية السنية والجعفرية والمذهبية الدرزية المحدد بموجب المرسوم رقم 5476 تاريخ 20/9/1982 بحيث يصبح كما يلي: - /150/ ليرة في بيروت - /200/ ليرة في الملحقات .

المادة 2

مادة 2: تلغى جميع الاحكام المخالفة لاحكام هذا المرسوم.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
