مادة 1: تستثنى موقتا قناة رأس العين الشمالية التي تروي اراضي الجفتلك من احكام المرسوم رقم 20022 تاريخ 29 تموز سنة 1958 ويبقى الاشراف عليها منوطا بمديرية الدوائر العقارية ريثما يوضع تنظيم خاص لتوزيع مياهها وتصفى الحقوق المكتسبة عليها
