المادة 1

دة 1: اجيز لمديرية المباني الشذوذ عن احكام قانون البناء لجهة تخفيض علو الطابق الارضي بجعله /45,3/ أمتار بدلا من/25,4/ أمتار في البناء الذي ستقيمه على ارض العقار رقم 1767 المصيطبة - في مدينة بيروت- لمقر الصليب الاحمر اللبناني.

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
