المادة 1

مادة 1: الغي نص البند "سادسا" من المادة التاسعة من المرسوم رقم 2165 تاريخ 15/11/1971 المتعلق بتطبيق احكام قانون البناء واستعيض عنه بالنص التالي: سادسا: المتختات : 1 - فوق غرف الغسيل وغرف المهملات والحمامات وبيوت الخلاء والاوفيس والممرات والمطابخ. 2 - ضمن المخازن والمعامل والمطاعم والمقاهي والملاهي والمتاجر وذلك في الطابق الارضي فقط, شرط ان لا يتعدى عمق المتختات ثلثي عمق هذه القطع.

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
