المادة 7
مادة 7: يحدد معدل الفائدة ب8 % سنويا, وتحسب هذه الفائدة وتدفع كل ثلاثة اشهر, وعلى الا يزيد عن 50 بالمئة من معدل الفوائد على سندات الخزينة.
