المادة 1

مادة 1: تنقل دوائر الحكومة في قضاء زغرتا الى اهدن- مقر زغرتا الصيفي-.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعطى موظفو قضاء زغرتا من الملاك الاداري داخلية ومالية والملاك القضائي تعويض انتقال عن اربعة اشهر الصيف يعادل راتب شهر واحد لكل منهم بما فيه التعويض العائلي على ان لا يتجاوز حده اليومي الحد المعين اليومي للانتقال.

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
