المادة 1

مادة 1: عدل نص المادة الثامنة من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 1 تاريخ 8/12/1982 بحيث يضاف الى الفقرة الثانية من المادة المذكورة العبارة التالية: تطبق ذات الاصول بالنسبة لترقية العمداء في الجيش .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي فور نشره لصقا على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة.
