المادة 7
مادة 7: يبقى المرخص له مسؤولا عن كل عطل او ضرر يلحق بالغير وبالعقارات المجاورة وعن كل حادث يقع من جراء هذا الترخيص عند تنفيذ الاشغال او بعدها.
