مادة 30: ان الامهات والبنات اللواتي كن متزوجات حين وفاة ولدهن او ابيهن, ولم يستفدن من معاش مورثهن, ثم اصبحن ارامل او مطلقات او مهجورات , ينلن نصيبهن من المعاش
