الاجازات بدون راتب:

يجوز منح الموظف لدواع خاصة, وبناء على طلبه, اجازة بدون راتب لا تزيد على ثلاثة اشهر يمكن تمديدها ثلاثة اشهر اخرى, شرط الا يتجاوز مجموع الاجازات الخاصة ستة اشهر خلال خمس سنوات متواصلة
