طلب الاعتمادات:
لا تطلب الاعتمادات اللازمة لاحداث الوظائف الموقتة في الموازنة السنوية او بموجب قوانين خاصة الا بعد استكمال الاجراءات والشروط المبينة في المادة السابقة.
