المادة 82

العزل:

يعزل الموظف الموقت بمرسوم بعد موافقة ادارة التفتيش المركزي. ولا يتخذ مرسوم العزل الا بعد ان يكون الموظف الموقت قد اطلع على التهم الموجهة اليه وتمكن من تقديم دفاعه الخطي بشأنها خلال اسبوع من تاريخ اطلاعه عليها.
