المادة 94
لا يستحق الاجير تعويض الصرف من الخدمة في كل من الحالات التالية:
1- اذا اتى عملا او اهمالا مقصودا يرمي الى الحاق الضرر بمصالح الادارة.
2- اذا اقدم على ارتكاب مخالفات هامة لتعليمات الادارة التي ينتمي اليها او النظام المعمول به لديها.
3- اذا ارتكب جناية او جنحة مقصودة في محل العمل او اثناء القيام به.
4- اذا ثبت انه ارتشى او اختلس اموال الدولة او الامانات المودعة لديه او المواد المسلمة اليه.
