المادة 1

مادة 1: تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية على مياه نبع المغارة والمياه الجارية في نهر الصليب في خراج حراجل بعد ملتقاها بمياه نبع المغارة قضاء كسروان - محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات التحديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تجري عمليات التحديد وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 تاريخ 10 حزيران 1925.
