مادة 13: تطبق لجان الاعتراضات الاصول المتبعة لدى القضاء الاداري, بالقدر الذي تسمح به القوانين والانظمة بالضرائب المختصة دون ان تكون ملزمة بالتقيد بها حرفيا.
