ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بموجب

المرسوم رقم 14969 تاريخ 30/12/1963 (قانون

المحاسبة العمومية) ولا سيما المادة 52 منه,

بناء على اقتراح وزير الزراعة,

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 15/12/1999,

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: قبلت الهبة المقدمة من امارة موناكو لصالح وزارة الزراعة وهي عبارة عن شبكة ري لزوم مشتل الدبية

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة
