مادة 1: الغي اعتبارا من اول تشرين الاول 1952 مفعول المرسوم رقم 6898 الصادر بتاريخ 17 كانون الاول 1951 والذي اوقف مفعوله لمدة سنة بموجب المرسوم رقم 7402 تاريخ 26 كانون الثاني سنة 1952 على ان لا يتناول الاساتذة اجورهم اثناء العطلة الصيفية.
