بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون الموضوع موضع التنفيذ

بالمرسوم رقم 13955 تاريخ 26/09/1963 (قانون

الضمان الاجتماعي)

بناء على القانون رقم 12/78 تاريخ 24/04/1978

(تعديل بعض احكام قانون الضمان الاجتماعي)

بناء على اقتراح وزير العمل

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 17/06/2003

يرسم ما يأتي:
