المادة 1

مادة 1: تضاف الفقرة التالية على المادة 15 من التعليمات الملحقة بالمرسوم رقم 5984 تاريخ 17/1/1961 الفقرة 155- نفقات العودة الى لبنان اذا كان العسكري بمأذونية عادية او استثنائية خارج البلاد واستدعي للالتحاق بمركز عمله قبل انتهاء مدة مأذونيته.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا من اليوم الاول من الشهر الذي يلي تاريخ نشره بالجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
