مادة 1:

يعلن قضاء بعلبك منطقة عسكرية.

المادة 2

مادة 2:

تخول السلطة العسكرية في هذه المنطقة الحقوق والصلاحيات المنصوص عليها في القوانين النافذة.

المادة 3

مادة 3:

يعرض هذا التدبير على مجلس النواب للنظر به خلال ثمانية ايام من تاريخ صدور هذا المرسوم.

مادة 4:

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به لضرورة الاسراع فور تعليقه على باب رئاسة مجلس الوزراء.
