ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون رقم 337 تاريخ

08/06/1994 وتعديلاته لا سيما المادة

التاسعة منه (نظام الكتاب العدل),

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: أنهيت حكما مهام الكاتب العدل في زغرتا السيد فوزي جرجس يمين, اعتبارا من تاريخ 1/7/2002 لبلوغه الرابعة والستين من العمر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
