المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدد السلفة المنصوص عنها في المادة 20 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 38 تاريخ 19/1/1955 بمبلغ/500/ خمسماية ليرة لبنانية لكل من رئيس مصلحة التفتيش ومفتشي البريد والبرق.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تحدد بقرار من وزير البريد والبرق والهاتف اسماء الموظفين المكلفين بالتفتيش .

المادة 3

مادة 3: تدفع هذه السلفة من صندوق البريد المركزي في بيروت وتسدد قبل 31 كانون الاول من كل سنة.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر او يبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
