تضبط المخالفات لاحكام هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي بموجب محاضر ضبط وفاقا لنموذج معين يحدد بقرار من وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة فيما يعود لمراقبي مصلحة حماية المستهلك.
