المادة 17
يجوز لطالب القيد, اذا كان لم يكمل مشروعه بعد, ان يحتفظ لنفسه برئاسة الجمعية بمجرد تصريح منه, ويبقى كذلك حتى اكمال المشروع على الا تتعدى المدة خمس سنوات .
