مادة 1: حذف من الجدول رقم 5 الملحق بالقانون رقم 1/82 تاريخ 28/1/1982 راتب الدرجتين الرابعة والثالثة من الرتبة الثانية من فئة مستشار معاون كما حذف التحويل المقابل للراتب المذكور.
