ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية لا سيما

المادة 52 منه,

بناء على اقتراح وزير الصناعة,

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ

12/07/2000,

يرسم ما يأتي:

مادة 1: قبلت الهبة المقدمة من شركة الترابة الوطنية وهي الف طن اسمنت لوضعها بتصرف اللجنة الوزارية المكلفة بالوقوف على حاجات القرى المحررة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
