المادة 1

مادة 1: على سكان الاراضي اللبنانية ان يلزموا منازلهم طوال نهار الاحد الواقع في 11 نيسان سنة 1943

المادة 2

مادة 2: لاجل تأمين العمل في المؤسسات ذات المنفعة العامة توزع مراكز الجندرمة او البوليس عددا محصورا من اجازات التجول ذات الصحيفتين على ان تودع احداهما في المنزل وتبقى الاخرى مع صاحب المصلحة

المادة 3

مادة 3: من وجد خارج منزله يوقف حالا ويستهدف لغرامة من خمس ليرات الى خمسين ليرة لبنانية وللحبس من يومين الى عشرة ايام او لاحدى هاتين العقوبتين

المادة 4

مادة 4: ان وزيري الداخلية والتموين مكلفان, كل منهما فيما خصه تنفيذ هذا المرسوم
