مادة 1: يفوض الى المحكمة العسكرية حق النظر في قضية الاعتداء على امن الدولة الداخلي الحاصلة في قرية دير جنين بتاريخ 31 آب سنة 1951 والتي نتج عنها مقتل الجندي سعدالله طعمه ومحاولة قتل آخرين وكذلك القضايا التي تبعتها او تفرعت عنها
