بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون الصادر بتاريخ

31/1/1946 المتعلق بالجنسية اللبنانية,

بناء على كتاب السيد عادل فارس

سروع تاريخ 15/3/1999 المتضمن

رغبة السيد عادل فارس سروع في التنازل عن

جنسيته اللبنانية للاحتفاظ بالجنسية

النمساوية,

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية,

يرسم ما يأتي:
