المادة 1

مادة 1: يستبدل نص الفقرة"1" من المادة الثانية من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 4 تاريخ 8 نيسان سنة 1950 بالنص التالي: 1 - ان لا يكون لها مماثل في المنتجات الزراعية او الصناعية الوطنية الا اذا ثبت منشؤها الاجنبي بصورة غير قابلة الشك.

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
