المادة 1

مادة 1: تصنف مواد ادارة الجمارك الى فئتين, تشمل كل منهما المواد التالية: الفئة الاولى: "الاسلحة والذخائر والالبسة" الفئة الثانية: "قطع تبديل السيارات واطارات المطاط وقطع الرصاص والخيطان القنب المسلحة للترصيص ".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعهد الى النقيب السيد جورج عبود رئيس الضابطة في مصلحة الجمارك في بيروت مسك محاسبة الفئة الاولى والى السيد ميشال شحادة رئيس المرأب فيها, مسك محاسبة الفئة الثانية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
