المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى المرسوم رقم 11314 الصادر بتاريخ 25 كانون الثاني 1956.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى اراضي جفتلك رأس العين قضاء صور تابعة لوزارة الماليةمديرية الشؤون- العقارية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تحتفظ وزارة الزراعة بقطع الارض المخصصة للمدرسة الزراعية والمشاتل وحقول الاختبار ذات الارقام التالية: 11 و20 و21 و22 و24 و25 و34 و35 و1182 و1589 و1590 و1591 و1592 و1593 و1649 و1650 و1651 و1652 و1653 و1654 و1655 و1656 و1657 و1658 و1659 و1660 و 1661 و1662 و1663 و1665 و1706 و1707 و1708 و1721 و1722 و1924 و1931 و1934 من منطقة صور. و473 و484 و655 و656 و657 و675 و676 ومن منطقة برج الشمالي.
