المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 11833 تاريخ 14/1/1969 على الشكل الاتي: يحدد بدل التعويض عن ساعات العمل الليلي في وزارة الصحة العامة ب 150/1 (واحد على مئة وخمسون) من قيمة الحد الادنى للاجور المعتمد في الادارات العامة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى سائر المواد في المرسوم رقم 11833 تاريخ 14/1/1969 سارية المفعول.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
