مادة 3: يتقاضى صاحب العلاقة بدل أتعاب عن المدة التي عمل فيها كرئيس متفرغ لهيئة الصندوق المركزي للمهجرين قبل صدور هذا المرسوم, يوازي راتبه عن تلك المدة.
